Ok, so here's how it works. When you click Upload, it creates a session between your browser and a random server at The files that you upload go into a queue, so even if your browser quits or you lose connectivity, the files remain in the queue until the session expires.

So, if you're using the same browser to upload another show, that means that old your session expired and those files have likely been flushed from the queue. I don't think a new tab would create a new session, but I could be wrong. If that tab is still open, try clicking Upload again, but my hunch is that you'll have to re-upload the Greensky show.

Incidentally, most identifier errors are due to filling out the identifier before you start uploading. Try uploading the files first, and then filling out the identifier just before clicking Submit.
